Dear Brothers and Sisters,
The session is speeding along at a record pace. Next week is the last week for committee hearings in the House and the Senate. Bills that have not had a hearing or have not passed out of committee by February 3 (House) and 4 (Senate) will be officially dead. Bills that advanced will be moving from their house or origin to the second chamber where the process begins all over again.
Please review Legislative Report #2, 2020 to see which bills are likely to be moving on and which could soon die.
